- Ă— Off-Platform Payments: Circumventing our system to avoid fees
⏱️ The 30-Minute Rule
After a worker marks a job complete:
- 1 Customer receives notification to review the work
- 2 30 minutes to rate the job OR contest if there's an issue
- 3 No response = automatic 5-star rating, full payment released
- 4 Contest filed = Maryland Task Force mediates within 24 hours
This protects workers from delayed payments while giving customers time to verify quality.
